About me and how I work
I am Geio - a freelance UI/UX designer from Estonia. Designing professionally for over 10 years. I love finding myself in new and exciting challenges and applying the previously gathered know-how to upcoming projects.
HOW I WORK
Designing a project starts with understanding the needs of the client and the goals of the project. This includes researching competitors, target audiences and determining the right combination of colors, typography, composition, motion and branding. This is the foundation of solving any design challenges and finding the best direction for the project.
Designing is all about creating an experience that is both elegant and satisfying for the user. To achieve this, I work closely with clients and users to get feedback and insights throughout the design process.
INTERACTION AND MOTION DESIGN
Interaction and motion play an important role in my designs. They are the key elements that bring satisfaction to the user experience. Small, subtle motions and interactions can take the experience to a whole new level. I love seeing people's reactions and their engagement with these elements. That's why I put a lot of time and effort into this stage of the design process.
Finally, I collaborate with developers to turn my designs into functional products or websites. My job doesn't end when the design is completed, I make sure that the final product is perfect and fully responsive across all devices, in line with the design intent.
